We work with many investors who are looking for deals, including wholesale properties and/or rentals through either cash or owner finance. Our company looks at a lot of property and focuses on helping sellers using a variety of solutions, including: Cash Deals, Owner Financing, Wrap Around Mortgages, Short Sales, Equity Partnering, Lease Options, Traditional Listings.

What is hard money lending?
Hard money lending is when a loan is provided that is backed by some form of asset (a “hard asset”). We’re hard money lenders for real estate investors and our loans are backed by real estate.
Why do you need MY money?
We’ve been lending hard money since 2014. Over time, we’ve come to understand that many people like to diversify their income and invest in alternative ways to earn a return on their investment. Since we've been doing this for years, we know our lending model works well, so we act as a “go-between” for borrowers and investors who might not otherwise have a chance to benefit from each other.
